Hi! I'm Kiki Huls...
a licensed property manager in Montana. I started Edge Properties, LLC when I bought my first rental in 2011. Before that I managed a family-owned office complex of four buildings with approximately 18,000 sq. ft. of space for 13 years. I bought my second property in 2014 and earned my license in 2016.
